Washington Post – National Book Festival
Cover and spot illustration for the Book World section of Washington Post in collaboration with Gwer.
This year’s National Book Festival commemorates the 200th anniversary of the historic connection between the Library of Congress and Thomas Jefferson. The man, who once wrote, “I cannot live without books,” sold his personal library of more than 6,000 volumes to Congress to rebuild the Library of Congress.
